How to book

 

Everything starts with a simple request for information. You can simply call us, e mail us or send the form using this web site. Once we know what your plans are we can let you know about availability and costs.

 

Prices and availability

The price of the villa is in range of 120 -200 euros per day ,depending on the time of the year. Our prices are for accommodation only and they include VAT and local tax. Minimum stay is a week. However we might be able to accommodate you for shorter periods as well, depending on availability so please e mail us for more details. 

 

Security deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival by way of credit card authorisation for the cost of any damages or breakages to or at the property during your stay. Should there be no damage done security deposit will be returned to you in full. 

 

 

Booking confirmation

Should you decide to book our villa you will be asked to pay 20% non refundable deposit via bank transfer  by  SWIFT CODE 

 

When your deposit payment is received you will get a booking confirmation containing all relevant information via e mail.The balance is due 8 weeks prior your arrival. You will be notified via e mail when your balance is due. 

 

Cancellation policy

In unlikely situation of cancellation of your booking by us, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer in that situation to find you an alternative accommodation of a similar type, price, standard and location or to refund all money paid by you. The deposit paid in order to secure your booking is non refundable. Should you not pay your balance on time 8 week prior your arrival to the villa your booking will be automatically cancelled with no prior notification.
